Java errors with DW 5.0 and Contact form

After re-installing CS5 and then adding in the extensions I own, I tried to edit the new Contact form kit.

I am unable to edit the Globals File - and I keep getting these "Java Errors" when opening and closing DW - and I am BUGGERED if I am going to spend $50 to fix a piece of your flakey software!
error message(s)
"the following translators were not loaded due to errors.
the following javascript errors occurred.
Unable to open script file:
C:\progam files (X86)\...\webassist\documentencodings.js"

Occurs twice when opening and closing DW 5.0.

Latest Java is installed - and verified on java site.
DW 5.0 has latest patches.
Trying to install vers 1.03 of the Contact Form Kit.
