2 Drop down lists not working

I have a search form with 3 drop downs.
The first one works fine, but the other two return all results regardless of the selection made.
First drop down is a simple numeric value
Next two are Text.
Trigger on results page is the Submit button.
Please advise.

Not enough information to go on.

Please send a copy of the search and results pages, also a link where i could see this in the browser would be helpful.

In the data assist search behavior, you have set the second 2 criteria to use elements that dont exist on the index page.

the second criteria is set to use the value of an element named "uwo" the third criteria is set to us an element named "fanshawe"

on the index page, the second and third select lists are named "distuwo" and "distfanshawe"

the simple fix would be to rename the select lists to the names being expected in the data assist search behavior, "uwo" and "fanshawe"
