Javascript error while executing timer in WA Universal Email.htm

Hello-

When I Insert/WebAssist/Create Email Message, I get a popup window saying the following Javascript error occurred.

While executing timer in WA Universal Email.htm, the following Javascript error(s) occurred:

At line 444 of file "..........Dreamweaver CS5.5:en_US:Configuration:Shared:Controls:Scripts:WATrigger.js":
invalid array length

I can only click OK, and the Universal Email window is blank and I have to force quit the program.

Help! Thank you!

Hi,

Until this morning Universal Email worked great (using dreamweaver CS3) and off this morning I get :

While executing timer in WA Universal Email.htm, a JavaScript error occurred

I removed the MacFileCache-22F0CF35.dat file
I removed the complete extention
Did a reboot
Reinstalled the extention

And still the same error

How to solve this problem??

webassist144944:

Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

if you still have problems after deleting the cache file, What version of Universal Email are you using?

Please send a copy of your page that you are trying to apply UE to in a zip archive so i can see if there is code on the page creating the problem.

Where your problem is not the same as the OP's, it would be best for you to start your own thread.

What version of Universal Email are you using?

Create a new blank PHP page and save that to your site, do you get the same error if you try to add universal email to the blank page?
