PowerCMS can't login

Yesterday I tried to login to PowerCMS and keep getting this error. I checked with ipower and they saw nothing wrong from their end an said there appears to be something wrong with my script. Below are the two lines of error.

Yesterday, before these errors began I was able to see and edit the articles currently installed on mrls.org. I did experience the problem of not being able to add more. The green + never appeared. The next time I tried to login I get this.

The URL I use for admin is: index.php
