Display Manager Javascript Error

I am an ecart user on a mac (10.6.8) in Dreamweaver CS5. I am getting a javascript error when trying to enter the display manager on my cart page. The error states: While executing timer in WA eCart DisplayMgr.htm, the following Javascript error occurred: At line 710 of file eCartDesignObject.js invalid array length. I tried deleting the MacFileCache.dat file but that didn't work. I also uninstalled my ecart and universal email extensions and reloaded them then deleted the MacFileCache.dat again, but that didn't work either. I have used the Display Manager before on this web site, but didn't like the result and was trying to add another cart display when this error occurred. Can you give me any ideas on what is happening? Thanks for your help.

Create a new blank page and try to add a display manager to the blank page, do you still get the same error?

If not, the error is cause by some code on the page you are trying to add the display manager to, you can try recreating the cart display page.

Display Manager Javascript Error

Thanks for your response Jason.

I tried the display manager on a blank page, but I still got the same error.

When I uninstalled my Dreamweaver extensions I didn't uninstall all my extensions, just my WebAssist extensions plus I also stumbled upon this thread - showpost.php?p=12293&postcount=2

Do you think this will work?

Thanks, Scott Carroll

I seam to recall it was a problem of missing code on the page.

send a copy of the page you are trying to add the display manager to so I can investigate the problem.
