I have corrected the problem by reverting to an older version, however I dont know what caused the problem. It all stems from (I think) from CSS Form builder and UE V4 and possibly dat assist.
I have renamed my DW config folder. I have then re-installed my extensions starting with UE V4. I then copied the java script file. When I installed Data Assist, the "DocumentEncoding.js" file was overwritten with another java script file with a different date. I am not sure if the scripts are different or not.
I have tried to edit the old UE 4 email but the code is locked, from a template, When I create a new one, recreate the email form, get it working. If I try to re-edit the DW edited form, UE, re-writes some script and the form doesnt work again unless I replace the php code in the form. Code change from "<?php echo "Job ID: ". $_SESSION['PBksID']; ?>" to "Job ID: ". $_SESSION['PBksID']; ?>"
This part of the shopping cart code , copy here: <?php echo $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("Name"); ?></p>
<p class="eC_ItemDescription"><span class="Boldonly">Description:</span><br />
<?php echo $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("Description"); ?></p></td>
<td class="eC_GroupColumn">
<p>ItemSize:&nbsp;<?php echo $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("ItemSize"); ?><br />
Item Code:&nbsp;<?php echo $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("ItemCode"); ?><br />
Colour:&nbsp;<?php echo $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("Colour"); ?><br />
Free Shipping: <?php echo $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("NoShip"); ?><br />
</p>
<p class="eC_ItemItemSize"><br />
<span class="fontBodymainSize12B"><?php echo "Job ID: ". $_SESSION['PBksID']; ?></span><br />
<br />
<b><i>Photobooks:</i><br />
Number of Additional Pages:</b>&nbsp;<?php echo $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("Pages"); ?><br />
<b>Additional Page Price:</b>&nbsp;<?php echo WA_eCart_DisplayMoney($Spectrum_online, $Spectrum_online->DisplayInfo("PagePrice")); ?>

It is probably just me not understanding the requirements but very frustrating.
Thanks
David
