Order History

Order History does not include total amout paid by customer which should also include shipping and taxes. This is true either when viewing as Customer or Site Admin looking at Order History. Amount Charged via PayPal does include total amount? Also the Order Receipt Page sent to Customer Email only includes item price, not total amout paid?

I have same issue. Tax and shipping show $0.00.

I was using PayPal Standard but recently switched to PayPal Express so I let you know if this is still an issue when I complete testing.

Order History/Receipt

I am also having the same issue where the order history is not showing the tax and shipping costs (shiptax6) and also the receipt e-mailed to the client is not showing it (shiptax4). Fortunately it is calculating everything correctly in the initial order in powerstore (shiptax 1 and 3) and into paypal standard (shiptax 2) so I'm getting paid accurately.

Please tell me this is an easy fix.

Powerstore not showing shipping amount

Hi,

Has a solution been found to this yet? My client is also having the same problem where the shipping amount is being passed to Paypal correctly but neither the order receipt to the customer or the admin section show the shipping amount so the totals are out.

The client is using Paypal standard on Powerstore 4.5

Yes, it did get resolved, but one of their techs had to do it through the support ticket. I have no idea what he did since he asked for ftp access and he did the adjustments himself. Hopefully they respond to you as fast as they did for me and will get it resolved for you quickly.
