Shipping Issue

Hello,

I am looking for some help with a problem I am having with Powerstore 4.

All of a sudden shipping charges stop being added to the total and a few orders were processed without shipping (Paypal standard)

I don't use the shipping rate look up nor do I use a per item shipping, however i use the Additional Charge feature. (See screenshot).

I also added the screenshots to show checkout and the paypal payment where no shipping is being added. There is also a screenshot of the product configuration.

As I said this worked fine but only started recently but not sure why. Hope someone can help.

The issue was fixing by replacing the globals.php file in the webassist/globals to the version that was released in 4.0.1


Note:

this is only an issue with PS 4.0.0 and not PS 4.5.

Hello,

I got the initial errors fixed. However, I am noticing that on the invoice an incorrect shipping amount is shown even though on the site and in paypal it has the right amount. If you choose two items it shows double the shipping amount (only on receipt) but I am not using the per item shipping.

I attached a pic of the receipt. Please assist.

The problem is I checked the issue I was having and it was fixed so I closed the ticket. Only after when I was looking at the receipts I realised it was showing an incorrect shipping figure.

I dont think I can reply to a closed ticket. Any suggestions?
