Urgent - Email Password Email Text Is 1 Link

When I make an email password page, the text all goes on one line.

When I edit the email password email text I space out the text in the editor, but no matter what in the email it all goes on 1 line which makes things quite confusing.

How to I fix this?

In the email password dialog, insert \r\n where you would like to insert line breaks

I have tried to insert r/n/ where I want line brake but it still does not work, below is my mail body code:

Email Password \r\n Below are your login details. A new Password has been created for you. \r\n If necessary Login to your account and update your password. \r\n User name: [UserName] \r\n Password: [Session.NewPW] \r\n

Why is this not working?

adding \r\n should add line breaks to the eamil, not sure why it is not, try adding br tags instead:

It only works when you use: <br />

But it works anyway.

Thanks
