PowerCMS 1 and IE9

I see from an earlier thread that PowerCMS 1 is not compatible with IE9 but suggested an upgrade would be available at some time. Is the upgrade now available and if so how do I get it?

Do you own WebAssist HTML Editor? The html editor is the only portion that didn't work in IE9. You can update the html editor on the insert and update page directly if you own HTML Editor.

The update was included in PowerCMS v2.

there is also an issue with the home area, the tabs will not collapse on ie9. And if you have a large quantity of editable pages....that's a whole lotta scrolling

I opened a support incident for this topic. Please update the incident with a url where we can reproduce the problem and username and password so that we can view the issue and try to debug the cause.

No, I don't own WebAssist HTML Editor. I am getting the non-collapsing tabs on the home page that has been mentioned but also no tabs appear on the insert/edit link page so I cannot upload any files.

i can help with the non-callapsing tags from the fix they gave me.
on the index.php within the admin find this
<script type="text/javascript" src="../css/mootools.js"></script>
and replave it with these 2
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/mootools/1.3.2/mootools-yui-compressed.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="../js/mootools-more-1.3.2.1.js"></script>

just google for that mootools-more-1.3.2.1.js file and put it in the js folder

Thanks for the fix. Have you had any feedback when the other issues might get resolved?

to update Power CMS 1 to be compatible with IE 9, you will need to own HTML Editor 3 and Security Assist.

Otherwise Power CMS 2 has been updated for IE9 compatibility. Power CMS 1 will not be updated.

Power CMS 1 uses the FCKEditor package which was discontinued before IE9 was released.

Power CMS 2 (And HTML Editor 3) has been updated to use the Newer CKEditor which does support IE9.
