Beginning CSS Sculptor

Beginning CSS Sculptor

I decided to try out CSS Sculptor but did not get very far.

I selected 3 column fixed, rounded corner, header and footer.

On the layout tab I cannot seem to alter any of the settings.

It seems to be the same with the Box Tab
If I select Body and Margins whether I place 10 pixels or 200 pixels in the top margin it seems to make no difference.
Am I doing something wrong?
