SA Wizard keeps Crashing Dreamweaver CS4

Hi Guys

I am trying to run the security assist wizard to create login, reg pages etc and it will consistently kernal crash my Mac version Dreamweaver CS4 as it begins to build the pages. I've uninstalled/reinstalled cleared the mac cache file, repaired permissions etc

any ideas

I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried to create and the login page shows in the background but the status bar freezes at 50%. I thought maybe it was just slow, but 2.5 hours later it's at the same state.

I'm supposed to be setting this up for my client, but another slow-down.
