Script Error in Wizard

I am using DA 2.0.5 with templates. When I follow through the DA wizard, on the Step 2 page, I get a series of 4 script errors in succession (see below). The wizard seems to run fine... the first time through.. many of the recordsets were called undefined. So, I deleted the wincache file, restarted the wizard. Still recieved the errors, but the wizard seemed to run okay.

I am on Vista Ultimate 64 bit and Dreamweaver CS4.

ERROR #3 - The same as #1 except Line 179
ERROR #4 - The same as #2 except Line 215

After looking at this further, I only get these errors when using the wizard with a template.

Is it something about the specific template? Have you tried different templates? What version of DW are you using? Try creating a relatively blank template... still get the errors?

I am using CS4. I created a new, blank template and it runs fine. It must be something to do with my other templates. Since it isn't causing a probem with the results, I won't worry about it. Thanks.
