Menu Writer Activation Issue

I am unable to activate menu writer through Dreamweaver. I keep receiving a notice that says unable to connect to server. I have disabled my firewall and temporarily deactivated my anti-virus software.

Will someone PLEASE HELP ME! This is very frustrating.

Cannot Activate

I am unable to activate after reinstalling Pluginlabs CSS Menu V4.3.0.3 into DW 5.5. Cannot connect to server and main www.pluginlab.com website seems to be down. Doing a Google on the issue and some guy in Mac forum says they are no longer in business(?).
Many times I work offline and do not like the online activation process - a real pain especially if you are in the field within internet and prompted to activate for whatever reason.

Any workarounds?

Unable to activate CSS Menu Writer? Or unable to activate the Pluginlabs CSS Menu extension? I am confused on which extension you are asking about.

We cannot offer support for the Pluginlabs CSS Menu extension. here.

Did a bit more looking - originally I was thinking is was part of a webassist extension but I was wrong - my bad. This was purchased from Plugininlabs ($200) and the company is virtually dead now so online activations are impossible after the fact. Lesson learned here was do not make purchases from companies that require online activation without system in place to allow users option for manually registering.
