Error starting floater: Process type "undefined" not found.

I have read through the posts about the bing search errors and the WA assistants created a ticket and never got back to the forum, I have deleted the .dat file in the config folder.

I entered the info that the bing search needed and as i clicked ok an error comes up.

Error starting floater:
Process type "undefined" not found.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

in many cases, this is error is caused by not having a testing server defined in your Dreamweaver site definition. make sure your site definition has a testing server defined, if you only use a remote server, you set it to act as both the tesying server and remote server.

if you continue to have problems, please post back details about your environment:
What is your OS
What version of Dreamweaver.

I may not understand about the testing server but i have defined my site thru ipage. if you need me to provide an image, simply ask.
I will be needing a detailed step by step process. Some of the documents this site provides is not very well put together. It does show step by step but need examples to follow by.

OS: Window 7 64bit
Adobe: CS5

in Dreamweaver go to Site -> Manage Sites

select the site you are working on and click the edit button.

Under the Servers section of the Dreamweaver site definition, you will need to define a testing server.

The Specifics of the information to enter for the testing server dependent on the server, if you are not sure of what to enter, you will need to contact the host.

I have defined the site and clicked on the remote server and testing server. still gives me the same error message. I even clicked off the remote server and vise versa , still get the error message.
