Validating checkbox in repeat region

I’m trying to add a checkbox to the form of the” eCart Add To Cart Button” so that it will show up on each item in my catalog. This checkbox is so that the user will have to approve the terms and conditions. If the user doesn’t click the checkbox verifying that he has read the terms and Conditions he will get an error stating “Please read and approve the Terms and Conditions”.

To accomplish this I added Client Side validation requiring the checkbox be selected before the item can be added to the cart.

My problem: It only works on the first record of the repeat region of my catalog. For the second and subsequent records it throws the validation error message even if the checkbox is checked.

What am I doing wrong?

You should use server validations. It won't have this problem. Client validations is difficult to get working properly with dynamic forms.
