web theme pages

After looking at the excellent tutorials on CSS Sculptor, Site Sculptor and Theme-It I am a little confused especially with Theme-It

CSS Site Sculptor seems to create site layouts which can then be imported into Site Sculptor. Site Sculptor has a link into Theme_It.

If I am correct in the above I cant quite see where the extension Theme-It fits in as a stand alone item.

I wonder if someone could explain this please?

Many thanks
John

Theme-it works a stand alone for existing pages and to make updates outside of the wizard after running site sculptor since it can't be re-entered directly.
