Network solutions not supported now?????
I just had my client set up with network solutions and they are not using USAEpay and you don't support it??? This is AWFUL. What am i suppose to do? Please advise.

You would have to follow the USAEpay documentation and integrate it manually. Or you could try to convince them to use one of our supported gateways.

okay..i got my client to use NS gateway however, I set everything up and now its getting hung up on the confirm page and won't post to the success page. we are getting emails from network solutions saying the transaction went through.
which gateway did you use in the eCart checkout wizard?
can you send a copy of the confirm page.
I have attached the page. I changed activation on the page and not in the wizard. Does that matter? I took out the key and login id. (on the page I just uploaded)
looks like a php error is the most likely culprit.
try adding the following code at line 1 to turn on erro reporting:

error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>
once we know the error, we can begin troubleshooting the cause.
I put that code on it won't go any where..it just stays on that page and the emails are all sent but it just sits there.
I am on the server 1and1 and just tried to login and I am getting an error message on all my php pages.
Error 500 - Internal server error
An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.
But the page is not..its just sitting there and it won't give me an error message but it is sending to the NS still. Server is okay now..having the same issue. Please advise. Payments going through, getting emails etc.
I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
