CMS - hyperlink and flash upload (popup) dialog BLANK

Hi Webassist Team,

I have this complaint from a client and tried it myself. The dialog (popups) for hyperlink (browse server) and flash properties (browse server) on the CMS installed via Site Sculptor are empty .... simply says "Please wait - loading ..." .... nothing comes up on the panel however long we wait.

Could you please urgently provide a solution to this problem?

in the webassist/kfm/index.php page

find the following line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php/can-minify"></script>

and change it to:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script>

Correct version found in file

Hi Jason,

As per your request, the correct address for the script source is already written in the file and does not require change.

What/where else can I check?

I have opened a support incident so that we can share information privately and help you resolve this issue.

Please respond to the opened incident with the url and username and password so that we can reproduce the problem and include ftp information so that we can test and fix it.

Alternatively you can post your contact information and we can have an engineer call and do a screen sharing session to debug it with you directly.
