Technical Support Ticket # 102695

Hi,

Sorry to be a nuisance but your support department was looking into this ticket and the last I heard from WebAssist was that an engineer needed to phone me. I've given two times to phone but have heard absolutely nothing.

I updated the ticket an hour ago but have still heard nothing and in two hours you shut for the day. I won't be available tomorrow and then it's the weekend. In the meantime I have work to do and can't until this issue is resolved.

I really would appreciate some contact re this issue.

Many thanks.

I've tried calling but I can't seem to get through to that number. Feel free to call me at the webassist office extension 103. I also responded to your incident with information on how to debug yourself and alternate code to try.

Hi Ray, thanks for trying to get through. If it was an engaged signal it was your very own Jason was on the phone to me.

Anyway he sorted me out. It was a stupid error on my part. An extra space where there shouldn't have been one.

Well done Jason!! :)

And thanks Ray!
