Image update not working in Update Form when file is used with the Framework

Hi.
I am having a strange issue. When I use an update form (created with "Datassist extension") by itself (directly) the form works great. Uploads an image if I declare a new image or leaves the old image if I don't submit a new image file.

The problem is that I am using (the file that contains the update form) with the "Framework extension" and the image is not being updated. The image field in the database becomes empty.

Conclusion. Using the file form directly works great, including it with the "Framework extension" inside another file the image is not being updated (in fact it's being removed form the database). The rest of the fields are updated correctly.

Using windows XP - DW CS5.5

Thank you in advance
