default location/infobox popup

For some reason I have one of 7 maps that has an info box that keeps poping up when the map opens. I cant figure out how to stop that.

Please help.

the easiest way to stop the info box from opening on page load is to enable driving directions, but dont enter a starting address.

I would try that, but for some reason I can't open my map in dreamweaver anymore. Not sure why.

Isn't there a way to turn a default off?

edit the map js file ion the google_javascript folder, find the following code:

var fromAddress = {
enabled: false,

and change it to:

var fromAddress = {
enabled: true,

I tried this, but now the map just shows one location (I have 8 addresses) and the map background is grey and it doesn't work at all.

See honda-test/

I also tried to edit the map in Dreamweaver, but now that doesn't work either. I just acts like I am doing a new map even though I hit edit??

please help.

Yes I have a simular problem with the "balloon window" showing when the page loads and anything I write into the window extends outside of the window.

I just learn't to live with it though!
