Some Issues with CSS Form Builder

1. If using a CSS MenuWriter menu template navigation, there a Style statement put in the Head section of the page.

The problem is every time I use a CSS Form Builder, it places the script statements in the middle of this style statement. I always need to move the line "<style type="text/css" media="all">" below the stuff added to make the form work.

2. If a form Item has required uncheck; for example on a date picker, It still generates the following;

a. A required indicator
b. A server validation
c. A Spry required validation.

3. If generating a CSS Form builder form for use with a DataAssist search, it will not work because the form button is a submit button.

The submit button does not generate the "Button.x=" URL parameter which Data Assists needs to begin the search.

As a result all the URL parameters sent by the form are all ignored by DataAssist.

Replacing the button after the fact with an image button makes it work.
