Insert Record and PHP question

Insert Record and PHP question

I have a form in which there's some radio buttons where the choice is either yes or no. I used the DataAssist Insert Single Record behavior. My question is, is there a way to get DataAssist to figure out Radio buttons and check boxes where it has to input either yes or no into the database? or do I just have to get the PHP code myself. I just don't know PHP enough and was wondering if that's what I was going to have to do. Below is the PHP code inserted by DataAssist when bound to the form field. It has to have the choice to write 'Yes' if the radio button selected is "yes" or "no" if selection is "no" (I know I'm being repetitious).

<?php echo ((isset($_POST["Receive_Email"]))?$_POST["Receive_Email"]:""); ?>

Here's my form data: (I'm pretty sure I have to write the code on the form). Forgive my ignorance...just need some direction as far as working with DataAssist or having to know more PHP.

Would you like to receive email notices?*
<input type=radio name="Receive_Email" value="Y" >
Yes
<input type=radio name="Receive_Email" value="N" >
No </td>

the value stored in the database will be the value of the radio button.

in your example:
<input type=radio name="Receive_Email" value="Y" >
Yes
<input type=radio name="Receive_Email" value="N" >
No </td>

you have the value set to "Y" or "N", to Store Yes or No, change the value to yes or No:
<input type=radio name="Receive_Email" value="Yes" >
Yes
<input type=radio name="Receive_Email" value="No" >
No </td>
