Error generating: buildFieldGroup

Error generating: buildFieldGroup

I can't even generate a form with the wizard on a totally blank page. Even with the default fields and just pressing Ok, from the onset I get an error followed by a slue of errors. The first one says

'Error generating: buildFieldGroup
TypeError: ShowIfObj.setParams is not a function

Then a bunch more followed after that...would take too long to write them all. The all start with the 'build***' word, so it just won't build any forms for me ???

At the end of the process, it built a form with just one line...... 'Address'

I've attached screenshots.

I had hoped that these wizards would work for me and it sounds great for someone who doesn't know PHP but I'm just getting error after error that's holding me up a lot and my client keeps emailing me wondering what's going on. I needed to get this all working before the 15 days trial expiration promised by the sales team and I think today or tomorrow was it. When I spoke to sales person she said that tech support would help me with the setups I had inquired about, but she didn't tell me it would have to be done through forums. I need to get this done.....PLEASE HELP!

Form Builder Error

yes, I found it on the forums and fixed it before seeing your reply. I had done this a couple of weeks ago after install so I wonder why it didn't take. Anyways, that fixed it on the first run and I was so happy, but when I tried to insert another form again on another blank page, another error popped up:

"While executing onLoad in WAFB_AddForm.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file 'WAFB_AddForm"'
InitializeUI is not defined"

Again ???

Form Builder error

OK, I found the solution in one of the forums. I deleted the WinFileCache-530B2A19.dat file from the configuration folder and it seems to be working fine now.
