Can't order unless logged in

If I place an order without logging in I am taken to checkout.php and when I fill in all the details and submit I'm taken to checkout.php?valid=false - an empty form.
If I log in first I'm taken to confirm.php.

Please post a support incident and include your phone number. We will have to look into this directly. A blank page usually means an error with error debugging turned off, so turning on error debugging may help identify the exact error and line number.

To clarify.
I'm not taken to a blank page, the checkout page refreshes and empties all the fields. The cart still contains the item I ordered and if i than login I can re-enter all the fields in checkout.php and my order is successfully processed.
