This directory stores the XML file that is created when you first view your map. All map locations will then be read from the XML file to display faster in a browser."

What configuration will work? I have more than 300+ pins on a map and entire states are not showing up. I have deleted what seem to be problem addresses - e.g. commercial buildings with a suite number - but it still does not load everything. Any suggestion would be most welcome.

there should be a _promaps_cache directory being created, give that directory read / write (755 should work) privileges

EDIT: In my original post, I though I might be having the same problem, but now I believe it is different. I will create a new post for it.

Ok, I've changed the permissions to 755 on the cache, but I still can't get all of CA pins to show and nothing from CO even though there are 6 addresses entered in CO.

I have deleted some zip codes to see if that makes a difference. What info on an address is absolutely required? Street number and name, and city, state? Do I need to put USA?

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
