Date picker not work properly

I am having a problem getting Date Picker to work in Internet Explorer. As well the date picker is not functioning in any browser on the entail page load. The date pick only functions after the page is refreshed.

Most likely, there is a conflict with other scripts on your page, the datepicker uses the jquery 1.7.1:

<script type="text/javascript" src="CSSFormBuilder/FD_Estimate_OkanaganHardwood/Datepicker/js/jquery-ui-1.7.1.custom.min.js"></script>

but i can see you have other scripts on the page using an earlier version:

<script src="js/jquery-1.6.1.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

the scripts using the earlier version are probably conflicting with the date picker.
