Content page menus
Is there a way to not have the "home page" link added to the menus on the content pages?

You should be able to just add it as an external page link.
No, it's already showing up automatically, and I don't want it to. I want to have a home link that is separate from the main navigation.
In step 3, "configure pages and navigation" it starts out with "home page" as the top level, and then "about us" and "news", etc., are tier two levels. The home page created by site assist has only the tier two headings in the css menu, but the content pages have automatically added the "home page" to the menu. Can I get rid of it without going into the template and stripping out the code?
I see. Unfortunately there is no way to remove it from the menu without editing after. I will add this as a suggested feature.
