Email error

I have a form.. Everything is working fine.. I have an auto responder thru my mail box.. i m running shared server from some company.. SO my auto responder is on.. Wen users fill da form i receive it in my mail but sometimes some users dont receive da auto responder msg .. I asked my hosting company they said dat its not dr problem.. its a problem of da code.. so cud u just temme wt can i do nw? my form page is - animate.php

just to make sure i understand:

Your animate.php page sends an email to your email address using Universal Email, you have configured your email address to automatically respond to incoming emails, but this does not work sometimes?



If that is the case the problem is on your inbox, not in the univerrsal email code.


Universal Email will only pass the email message onto the SMTP server, the SMTO server delivers the message to your inbox, your inbox handles the auto response,
