Shipping Quote Failed

Hi there was hoping you could help me. I have a shopping cart set up on my website. I have created it using ecart.

I t was working well but now i am having a problem.
When I go online to try to buy a bend (product) it works fine untill i get up to the checkout page. It ask me to put in my address and shipping details but then i am getting this error:

Shipping Quote Failed
We're sorry
No Packages to Ship

You can try it your self if you go to this site and try and buy a product.

cart_Mandrel.304_Stainless.php

The strage thing is it works on my local server but online it works some times then most the time it says No package to ship.

Many thanks for any help.

the No packages to ship error happens if the items in your cart do not have a weight.

the shipping rate lookup providers base the shipping cost on weight. where the error happens sometimes, bit not all the time, it means that some items have a proper weight, and others dont.
