Editor dissapears after upgrading frm v2 to v3

I was using v2 HTML editor on my form page.

When I upgraded to to v3.02, edited the form again and uploaded, half my page including the form disappeared.

Attached is the code used for v3 and v2.

After I returned the code back to v2 my page returned in full including form, but the editor toolbar was missing.

Have I missed something here?

Thanks, Paul.

make sure that the entire webassist folder is uploaded to the server.

if you are still having a problem, add the following code at line 1 to turn on error reporting to see if a php error is occurring:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

also, view source on the page to see if there are errors showing in the source that you would not see otherwise
