DFP Download Links to Download Page Instead of File

Using Digital File Pro for digital downloads. I'm having an intermittent problem with some customers using Internet Explorer where when they click the download link, instead of getting the file for download, the customer is presented with the download.php as the download file.

This only happens with some customers and only with Internet Explorer Windows.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Anyone have suggestions / solution?

Do you know what OS, browser, and versions it is happening on? We will try to reproduce it and determine a good solution.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

No Ray, the only things I know are that it's on Windows, it's only with Internet Explorer, it's only with some customers, they're not happy when it happens and it seems to usually in the evenings, weekends, and holidays (after hours).
