Js errors when creating form with formtoolkit

Hi there

i have gone through the wizard, but when i click finish to create a form i get the following js errors:

This error appears 23 times.

Error generating buildFieldGroup
Type error: showIfObject.setParams is not a function

then i get dreamweavers error for spry validations saying the objects are not on the page and do i want to remove the associated spry scripts.
(assuming this is only related as the fields the spry validation is on have not been created by the form toolkit, i think this would go away if the above errors were not there!!)

The form generates the firts field in each group but nothing else.

The form i am using is rich registration which i have modified to remove the state validation (not required) and changed the grouping of the fields.

I have also tried using the default rich form setting without changing anything, and the above still happens the fields that show again are the first field of each group.

so it seems the error is to do with fields following the first field in the grouped items.

thanks for your time.

i uninstalled and reinstalled dreamweaver for an other issue i was having and this one has now cleared itself, however other issues arose, which i shall post a new thread about!!
