Is there anyone who can help out? I've talked with my host and they won't give me any help. They say I need to create a php.ini file so I can tell the admin page what to do.

Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.

I need an answer please.

It would be of great help if someone in the know could reply to this. If I cannot get an answer, this program is of no value to me.

Thank you!

If the login is not working, the first thing to check is that the server is properly configured to save session information.

Use the session test page from the following thread to test the servers session management:
showpost.php?p=23826&postcount=2

if the session test fails, you will need to contact the host to have them correct the issue, most likely it is a bad session.save_path in the php.ini file.

NOTE:
our business hours are between 9am and 5pm EST.

Thanks, Jason. I downloaded the test page yesterday, but i don't know what to do with it next. How do I run the test once it's on the server.

Note: Thanks for reminding me what your hours are. Forgive me. I'm just really frustrated. It seems as though everytime I upload PCMS, I have issues. It's getting to me.

It appears the link doesn't work. If that is correct, what now?
