I have deleted the cache file several times and I still not able to have Surveyor create my site. I have tried to do the following:
1) Add sites manually
2) Add one page to the site map
Nothing has worked.

So far I have two extensions that are not working as they should . Can you please help.

Please help

I have been trying to solve my problem with the extension Surveyor but it just does not want to work on my PC. I have deleted the cache file several times and uninstalled and installed but nothing seems to work.

This morning I did a test on my Imac and to my surprise it worked. I being noticing that some extensions work flawlessly on my PC and others do not.

For example,
1) Image resizer works great on my PC but not on my IMac
2) Universal Email 4 works great on my PC but not on my Imac
3) Surveyor does not work on my PC but it works great on IMac

The extensions mentioned above are the ones that I have worked with so far on my PC and IMac.

Any chance you can add video tutorials for those like me that are having problems with Super suit extensions? In the meantime I will have to wait till my ticket gets resolve. I have posted my work and cell number and I can be reached anytime between 7 am and 4 pm.

By the way at work I am running Windows 7 Pro / CS 4 and at home I am running Snow Leopard / CS 5.

Thanks and hopefully I get some help pretty soon.

I get the same Java Script error on hitting the finish button. Surveyor worked the first time I used it, and hasn;t worked since. i have tried it on several different projects, and get the same error.
I have deleted the .dat file and reinstalled the add on. Still getting the same error.
