Images upload but not rendering

Hi,

None of the product images are showing, but when I check the imageupload folder, they've uploaded fine - and I can see them in the text editor image browser.

When I check the code where the images should be, it has: <img src="webassist/plugins/catalog/scripts">. I re-uploaded the entire webassist folder and the images still don't show. They are showing fine on my local server.

Thanks

Anyone??

I've uploaded all the files again in case there was something missing but still no images showing. The site is running without any problems on my local server.

I really need help with this - thanks.

Oh, I've figured it out. It was permissions on the images folder. I didn't realise that read/write permissions were needed on all the folders from webassist down to image sizes.

It is safe for these folders have full 777 chmod?

yeah the files under the webassist folder need to have read write permissions, 755 or 766 should work.
