checkbox and radio buttons "edit design" error messages

I have tried to align the labels for checkboxes and radio buttons on several different forms, including templates that you have created that include checkboxes, and whenever I try to set the labels for checkboxes or radio buttons, I get the attached error message. Basically it states that at " line 834 of file ".........WAFB_EditTheme.js: elmSize has no properties. I saw this error in a previous thread, but the advised corrected code is on a different line and my code already has the suggested correction in it. And even when I try to set the properties for checkbox groups under Options/Label placement they have no effect in the "Preview screen" or actual form. I need to align labels to the right and set some other properties with "Edit Design(CSS) / Form Elements / Checkbox".

This is the code in WAFB_EditTheme.js that is causing the problem in all cases:

case "formElementsArea_NoSize":
var elmState = wa.getElements.fieldReference(document.formElementsArea_NoSize.document, "formElementsPage_NoSizeState");
if (!elmState) return;
if (!elmSize.options.length) {
wa.pagesettings.elementSize = wa.pageData.element_sizes[tPage.subAreas[wa.pagesettings.subPage][1].id][0].id;
}
else {
wa.pagesettings.elementSize = $F(elmSize);
}
break;

getting same error

I'm having the same exact problem here. I've trashed the cache file, uninstalled and reinstalled extensions in the proper order, etc. I get this error when trying to edit the css attributes of both radio and checkbox form elements.

WAFB_EditTheme.js

As of 8/7/2011 I also am receiving this error message after executing uninstalling extensions and deleting the cache file.

Where do we go from here?

what version of CSS Form builder do you have installed?

Have you installed the CSS Form Builder 2.0.1 - Support Release 2 version is available from the download center?

If you have a previous version installed, uninstall it from the extension manager, then install the newer one.

Configuration

Still unable to get CSS Form Builder to create a new form.

I am using CSS Form Builder 2.0.1 from mxp 027
Mac OS 10.6.8 and Dreamweaver 11.5 Build 5344

It appears that deleting the MacFileCache.dat and re -installing the extension is not enough to remove the code or components causing the failure of CSS Form Builder

Please help

By the way - while reviewing this forum I found other post of similar issues which happened in prior versions of Form Builder - However, I could not find if these were ever resolved. Is anyone using CSS Form Builder on a Mac and creating CSS Forms that work? If so, please direct me to the web pages where these may be reviewed. - Thank You
