MRT Manage Relational Table

I've got three categories tables (Markers, Categories, MarkerCategories).

I've followed the thread by Andrew Read and modified accordingly but I still get an exclamation mark in server behavior.

First error message says: "The column name "true" was not found.

Second message says: "The column name ".((isset($_SESSION["WADA_Insert_markers"]))?$_SESSION["WADA_Insert_markers"]:"") ."" cannot be found.

Restarted this process many times using all options within the MRT tools - still not success. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Also, I'm wondering why lines128-148 and 154-174 end up being the same code?

I have a red exclamation mark next to "Manage Relational Table" and clicking on it the above mentioned error message pops up, followed by:

The column name "".$_SESSION['WADA_Insert_products']."" was not found.

Nothing is inserted after starting from scratch.
On the update page there is also a red ! next to "Manage Relational Table"

For the topic of nothing being inserted:
Just found out that the MRT is put BEFORE the Insert Server behaviour, so the session variable cannot be retrieved in time.

I'd call this a serious bug in the code.

It seems that I am not the only one who is having the same problem with using MANAGE RELATIONAL TABLE Server Behavior. I tried to looked for a solution yesterday and this morning but nothing has being useful in trying to solve the common issues of

1) Red exclamation on the Manage Relational Table
2) The column name "false" was not found
3) The column name
".((isset($_SESSION["WADA_Insert_premium_hrs"]))?$_SESSION["WAD_Insert_premium_hrs"]:"" ."" was not found

The solution that some one posted under the following link did not work either
show...3&postcount=17

Some one also tried using the link above and got the same errors.

I wish you had a simple tutorial on how to use the Manage Relational Table Server Behavioir.

STEP 3 of the Wizard

Foreign key column: dayID
Data type: Numeric
Key Value: 'WADA_RepeatID_dayID' in Repeat Selection(weekDays, 1)

I left the default settings as
