Error installing SecurityAssist 2

Error installing SecurityAssist 2

I just purchased the SecurityAssist 2 extension, when trying to install the new version, I receive the following message,

"This extension requires the following products:
Dreamweaver 10 or greater
The extension will not be installed."

I then click on "ok" as that is the only option I have.

I should mention here that I own just about every extension from WebAssist along with most of the Pre-Built PHP Solutions.

I did uninstall SecurityAssist version 1 before trying to install SecurityAssist version 2.

I have also deleted the "WinFileCache.dat" file.

My operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium, running Dreamweaver CS3, which are both included in the system requirements for using/running SecurityAssist version 2.

Any and all help/information as to why I can't install SecurityAssist version 2 are greatly appreciated.

I have included two screenshots with this post.

Thank you

Larry

I just wanted to add here that I also tried installing SecurityAssist 2 on my laptop, which is running the same operating system and the same version of Dreamweaver, which is CS3 without any luck, the same exact message appears, and I cannot install this extension.

Hi Frank,

Did you get any help or an answer to this yet. Jason helped me through my support ticket, the answer was downloading a new extension that Jason provided.

I see I am not the only one that had this issue.

Hi All

I too had purchased SA2 expecting it to work with my CS3 install and though it installed correctly with CS4 the older version presents errors. I submitted a bug ticket and was directed to post here as well, so here I am.
