Invalid CRT Paramater

Using Windows Server 2008 with IIS7. This is happening when using KFM to upload images. I am guessing that the php script is for Linux only and doesn't addres windows os? Any assistance would be appreciated!!

what version of php is installed? This seams to be related to a bug in version 5.3.1 but should be fixed by installing php 5.3.2 or newer.

I am using 5.3.1. If there is a bug in the version, wouldn't it be better to not allow this version in the install?

well, we cant really keep track of all of the bugs in all of the versions of PHP, I googled you're error tough, and came up with a bunch of results that pointed to a bug in PHP version 5.3.1. here is one of the bug reports:

True. It would be impossible for you to keep track of all of their issues. I did upgrade PHP to the latest 5.3.6 and it works fine. Thanks!!
