HTML Editor Not Working at All

HTML Editor Not Working at All

I have used HTML to create a simple CMS system for part of my client’s website. For some reason when I click the options that requires a pop up window to open, the box appears empty and will not close.

For example if I click the Hyperlink, or more colours options.

See picture I have attached.

I have realised that this is a much bigger issue then I first thought.

I am using IE9 which is causing the problem.

I know this because I experience the same issues in your official power store.

I tested it using you demo after I realised that the browser is causing the Problem.

I hope this can be fixed or this is going to be major problem for me.

At present, HTML Editor is not compatible with IE9, we will be releasing an update soon to address this issue.

Ok,

I have a few questions.

I assume this is a free Update?

Are you able to tell me how soon, Days, Weeks, Months, as this is a serious problem for me?

Can I request to be notified when this update becomes available?

Thank you.

Yes, it will be a free update.

I do not have a time frame for when it will be released.

An email will be sent when the update is made available.
