Content Area Not Found

I have never been able to get PowerCMS to work. All I see is "Content Area Not Found". It does not let me edit anything in Dreamweaver. I attached a screenshot.

Have you tried using the Beta version available in the download center, that version addresses many issues that where discovered after launch.

I'm using the beta version. I can't get either version to work.
