confirm.php error when usint checkout wizard

After using the checkout wizard to create the files, I noticed the confirm.php file is not executing properly. I've attached the file. I'm using: CS5 / OSX / PHP / MySQL

please provide a more detailed explanation of what you mean by:
"I noticed the confirm.php file is not executing properly"

In what way is it not executing properly?

Is it showing an error message? if so What is the error?

Please be as detailed as possible when explaining the problem so I can have a better understanding of the issue in order to determine it's cause.
