Recordset created but no field data submitted

I've created a new form with Form > Insert new Form
After that I've added the insert behaviour via DataAssist > Insert > Insert Single Record

After submitting the form a recordset has been created in the database but no data from the fields was submitted.

I did the same with update instead insert. That didn't work either. Not even the recordset was filtered and the data shown in the fields.

I've attached the insert page.

The insert works with the Dreamweaver standard insert this way ...

In the insert record behavior, you are selecting the bindings from the Validated Entries binding group, you need to use the bindings from the Form Binding group instead.

That what I was looking for but I can't select any form fields. The window "Please select a Server entity" dosen't show up any form fields as possible values. (See attachment)

the form collection is the one just above the Server Variables collection.
