Fatal error: Allowed memory size

Fatal error: Allowed memory size

After installing PowerMessenger, I clicked on the "Design" tab and went to the design.php page. In the Default Theme box, I got the following error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4541394 bytes) in E:\webs\\wwwroot\PowerMessenger\webassist\plugins\catalog\scripts\resize_image.php on line 108

What can I do to get past this error message?

<?php ini_set('memory_limit''32M'); ?>
