step 1 tells you to upload files to root...but step 2 has you calling the folder instead

step2
The PowerMessenger Installation Wizard is designed to help you get this Solution up and running as quickly as possible. The Installation Wizard will perform a server check, as well as set up your database for you and ask you general questions about your online store.

...last sentence..online store? what store?

activation-
PowerMessenger 4 will ask you for your WebAssist serial number for you to begin the Installation process.
isn't this PowerMessenger 1 ?

and those are just the mistakes I noticed....wheres the rest of the documentation?

I have forwarded the documentation issues to our documentation team.

As for the Use Additional Email Parameters option, this sets the From Email Address to be passed to the SMTP server as an additional parameter, this is needed for some hosts for security.

in the WAUE_email_1.php file, change line 10:

php:
$MailSubject     = "".replaceUserTokens($row_Mailing['MailingSubject'], $RecipArray[$RecipIndex][0])  ."";

to:

php:
$MailSubject     = "".replaceUserToken($row_Mailing['MailingSubject'], $RecipArray[$RecipIndex][0])  ."";
