Changing form element positions

Changing form element positions

I noticed that in the Safari Browser it doesn’t handle wrapping of form elements properly. So I tried to modify the positions of labels and form elements within CSS form builder 1, but I could not find a way to do it.

I ended up fixing the problem by adding new form elements, div tags and defining CSS with Dreamweaver instead.

The question is, is there a way with CSS form builder to do this, or is there another tool like CSS sculptor which would do this? Or does form builder 2 give better control of positions of labels and form elements

In the form builder wizard, Click the Edit icon next to Choose a design to modify the form design.

In the design editor, the top select list allows you to choose which aspect of the form design to manage, from the form labels, to the individual form elements themselves.

Yes, I knew about this, but I wanted to change the label for just a text area form element because I wanted to have the widest possible text field.

Is it possible to change just the parameters of one form element without changing them all?

For example could I have that label be on top, alignment left, while having the other labels be left, alignment right?

I also found that if i changed a form style it affected other pages on my site, even though i saved it as a different preset name.

I somehow was able to get around this by saving the preset to the first preset name of several I had created. Maybe the first name is being used as a default?

I don't know if it is related, but when I select to save the style as a preset, i get a bunch of errors, until it finally accepts the name of the preset.

Thank you
