Form does not validate properly

I have a form at the following dev site:

Currently it is only validating the first name field and when you click 'Send' it will ask you to enter your first name again whether the field is filled in or not.

Ideas on why? Thanks in advance.

this form element:
<input type="hidden" name="l" value="0" />

is not a valid form element name.

for element names must follow these rules:
1) Names may contain only numbers or letters.

2) The first character of an element name must be a letter.

The client validation on this page has been applied to the hidden form element above.
