Universal Email 4 and CSS Form Builder.

Hi support,

Currently i just purchase Universal Email 4 and after download i install it buy when i run
DW cs5 it pop a message.
" It seems you have installed CSS Form Builder while still having
Universal Email installed. Please close Dreamweaver, uninstall Universal Email, then re-install CSS From Builder before re-starting Dreamweaver. You may experience issues if these steps are not taken."

This is seems that Universal Email 4 are not compatible with CSS From Builder???

This mean i have purchase wrong extension or if i keep CSS From Builder than i cannot use
Universal Email 4 or Keep Universal Email 4 and cannot use CSS From Builder.

Did i purchase duplicated extension that all function are available at CSS From Builder?
and why i have this Universal Email 4 at my upgrade webassit site?

All of the functionality of Universal Email is included in CSS Form Builder 2.

If you own CSS Form Builder 2, you do not need to also purchase Universal Email 4. With CSS Form Builder 2, you can access the functionality of Universal Email through the webassist menu.

for those that do not want to have all of the functionality of CSS Form Builder 2, we make Universal Email 4 available as a stand alone product.

Universal Email 4 shows up in your Upgrade Center because you have a prior Support Suite purchase that includes Universal Email 3.


You should uninstall both CSS Form Builder, and Universal Email, then reinstall CSS Form builder.

Contact the sales department to request a refund for the unneeded Universal Email purchase.
